We are pleased to announce that PowerUp-Nc will be part of a statewide campaign to promote energy effiency products and practices with a Flex Your Power grant for $12,000.This rural outreach campaign is a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign that includes print and radio advertising, a toll-free informational phone line, media partnership promotions and community outreach.  The goal of the campaign is to provide rural utility customers with information about ways to conserve energy, save money, and protect the environment.  This program is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by the California Investor Owned Utilities under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.  California customers who choose to participate in this program are not obligated to purchase any additional services offered by the contractor.
